Manipulating & Relocating a Shoulder

This is a method for shoulder relocation: One rescuer pulls at the chest, using a cloth or blanket (at left).

Meanwhile, the other rescuer is attached to the victim's forearm with a strap, rope, or sheet (at right), using his body weight to pull in the opposite direction. This leaves the second rescuer's hands free to manipulate the victim's injured shoulder.
