Circumcision, step 09, splitting the foreskin

The foreskin has been loosened from the head of the penis, and the area to be cut has been compressed with forceps. In this photograph, the foreskin is cut along the pinched (clamped) line from the tip to the base of the head of the penis (glans). The foreskin will then be pulled back and freed completely from the head of the penis.
