Active Ingredients

(in each patch): Purpose:

Camphor 4.7% Cough suppressant

Menthol 2.6% Cough suppressant

Use: temporarily relieves cough due to:

· a cold · minor throat and bronchial irritation to help you sleep

Warnings:

For external use only

Flammable: Keep away from fire or flame

Ask a doctor before use if the child has

cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus)
a persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with asthma

When using this product do not · use more than directed

heat · microwave · use near an open flame
add to hot water or any container where heating water. May cause splattering and result in burns

Additionally, do not

apply to eyes, wounds, sensitive, irritated or damaged skin
take by mouth or place in nostrils

Stop use and ask a doctor if · cough persists for more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition. · too much skin irritation occurs or gets worse

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.

Children 2 to under 12 years of age:
- Remove plastic backing
- Apply patch to the throat or chest
- If the child has sensitive skin, the patch may be applied to the same area on clothing *
- Clothing should be loose about the throat and chest to help the vapors reach the nose and mouth
- Apply a new patch up to three times daily or as directed by a doctor
- May use with other cough suppressant products
Children under 2 years of age: Ask a doctor

* The patch may not adhere to some types of polyester clothing
