DIRECTIONS

Fill glass with 8 oz. of water or other beverage. Add one scoop of Senokot Brand Wheat Bran. Stir until completely mixed.

WARNINGS

To prevent trouble swallowing or choking, mix each dose in at least 8 oz. of water or other beverage.
Do not use if you have a bowel obstruction or abdominal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts over two weeks.
Do not use if you have Celiac Disease or an allergy to wheat.

Introducing quantities of bran into the diet may temporarily cause minor gas or bloating in some people. If this occurs, reduce the amount of Senokot™ Brand Wheat Bran and then slowly increase the dose over several days as tolerable.

Bulk-forming products may affect how medications work. Take Senokot™ Brand Wheat Bran two or more hours before or after taking medications.

Keep out of reach of children.

Other Information: Does not contain senna. Store at room temperature tightly closed to protect from humidity.
