ÚÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ¿ ³Cardamom³ ÀÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÙ (Elettaria Cardamomum) is an aromatic spice consisting of the seeds of a perennial herb and used in medicine and in stomachics (Specifically) as an adjuvant to other aromatics. It grows wild but is cultivated especially in Ceylon. It is used as a flavoring in cooking and in tonics and purgatives. It is particularly tasty if a few seeds are crushed into a batch of home-baked bread or if dropped into a pot of fresh coffee.
