Question: How do I find the most current research information on my disease/medical condition?

Answer:

  • To find the most current research information on a disease or medical condition you can use MEDLINE.

  • On most health topics pages, there are links to at least one MEDLINE search.

    • The link will take you to a page that will list titles of research articles on the health topic, using a system called PubMed.

    • The information retrieved will be current -- the last 6 months to 2 years, depending on the topic.
