Symptoms:
There are no symptoms.
Signs and tests:
Physical examination
and laboratory tests are done to identify secondary causes
of hyperlipidemia or familial disorders if lipoprotein
analysis is elevated.
Note: Normal values for cholesterol and triglycerides are
dependent on age.
