Lupus anticoagulant
Treatment:
Usually no treatment is required. Therapy with prednisone may reduce spontaneous abortion. Small doses of anticoagulation therapy should be used in patients with blood clots (thrombosis).
Expectations (prognosis):
The outcome is usually good.
