Sebaceous cysts

Symptoms:
- usually a nontender small lump often noted in skin of labia (but can appear elsewhere on the body)
- redness, tenderness, or increased temperature of skin over area may indicate infection
- grayish white, cheesy material from the cyst (if one of the cysts is drained or squeezed) may be malodorous
