Graft-versus-host disease
Symptoms:
Acute: Note: symptoms begin within 2 weeks after transplantation.
Chronic: Note: Symptoms occur after 3 months and resemble autoimmune diseases (in which the donor graft makes antibodies against the body tissues) such as lupus.
