Definition:
The orbit is the bony pyramid-shaped cavity of the skull that contains and protects the eyeball. Pseudo means false. Orbital pseudotumor is a swelling of the orbital tissues of the eye, signified by bulging eyes and swollen eyelids. Its cause is unknown.
