Question:
Are fair skinned people at higher risk for skin cancer?

Answer:
Anyone who sunburns easily is at high risk for skin cancer. Other risk factors include: freckled skin, blue, gray or green eyes, blond or red hair, multiple moles, and especially children who have had multiple severe sunburns. Use sunscreen and keep infants out of the sun altogether. See sunburn.
