Are frozen vegetables less nutritious than fresh?

Answer:
Depending upon the type of vegetable, some canned and frozen vegetables can be even more nutritious than fresh vegetables if the "fresh" vegetables have sat for a time after being harvested. However, vegetables that are fresh from the farm are more nutritious than their frozen or canned counterparts.
