Arachnodactyly

achromacria; dolichostenomelia; spider fingers
Definition:
A physical finding in which the fingers are long, slender, and curved (somewhat resembling a spider's legs).
Considerations:
Long, slender fingers can be a normal finding. However, in some cases, the tendency to develop spider fingers can indicate an underlying hereditary disorder.
