- reddened
- nodule or flat growth
- growth may be cone shaped
- surface scaly or crusted
- usually located on the face, ears, neck, hands, arms
- may occur on the lip, mouth, tongue, genitals, or other areas
Signs and tests:
The appearance of the skin lesion may indicate a squamous cell carcinoma.
