Potter syndrome

Treatment:

Resuscitation at delivery may be attempted pending the diagnosis. Treatment will be provided for any urinary outlet obstruction.

Expectations (prognosis):

Bilateral renal agenesis and hypoplastic lungs are incompatible with life.

Complications:

This is a fatal condition.
