Cellulite

Overview

Cellulite

Information:

Question:
Can deposits of body fat especially of the buttocks, legs, and thighs (cellulite) be treated?

Answer:
There is not much in the way of nonsurgical interventions that can be done to get rid of cellulite once it sets in. However, exercise and weight control go a long way to prevent the problem and keep it from getting worse. See liposuction for details on surgical removal of body fat.
