Answer:- Try to choose flights that arrive as close to night time as possible.
- Maintain a sensible bedtime schedule.
- Don't avoid sleeping prior to a trip in order to make yourself tired.
- Drink plenty of liquids but avoid alcohol to prevent dehydration.
- Avoid napping, which will delay your adjustment to the new time.
- Exercise. If you usually exercise then do so at your destination.
- For important meetings at your destination, try to arrive early.
- For short trips, maintain your old schedule of eating and sleeping at your usual time, if possible.
